Responsibilities

主にAIソフトウェア開発（アルゴリズムの研究開発からプロトタイプの実装まで）を担当いただきます。

• 最新のAI（論文等）の調査、ベンチマーク、社外開発パートナーとの連携（海外含む）
• 新制御アルゴリズムの研究開発、シミュレーション環境での検証
• ECU試作によるプロトタイプ実装、評価
• 開発スケジュール／予算管理、チーム運営への参画

Requirements

必須条件：

• Pythonによるプログラミング経験
• AIソフトウェアの開発、アルゴリズム実装経験
• 造力学、材料力学、機械設計の基礎知識
• 英語でのコミュニケーション力（TOEIC（R）テスト730点以上）

歓迎条件：

• 自動車の運動性能開発経験
• 海外の会社、大学等との実務経験
