Responsibilities

• 商品開発マーケティングチームは、ビジネス成長をサポートし、同社ブランドの公正さ・認知を向上させるため、マーケティング戦略の立案と実行を担当しています。
• スーパーバイザーは、化粧品・サプリメント製品の商品開発・キャンペーン プロモーション立案と実行・販売促進ツールの開発・新製品トレーニングおよびプレゼンテーションを行います。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 消費財の商品開発マーケティング実務経験　5年以上
• 消費財商品開発部門においいて後輩や新人を育成した経験、または同部門における管理職経験
• マーケット分析実務を経験5年以上でExcelを含む分析ツールを使いこなせる方
• 英語のみの会議で提案や発言、英語でプレゼンテーションができる方
