Responsibilities

電動製品（モータコア）の生産準備業務をお任せします。プレス金型の生産準備、仕様検討から量産導入を実施いただきます。

• モータコアを生産する金型の生産準備
• 金型構造の検討、仕様書の作成、製作日程、費用の管理と交渉
• 導入した金型の良品条件出し、品質と可動率を確保し製造現場に移管する業務
• モータコアを生産する金型の開発業務
• 競合他社を競争力で上回るため新たな構造、工法を開発する
• 新技術、新工法を開発するために研究機関や他社と連携し進めていく業務
• モータコアの海外での生産準備支援
• 海外拠点への生産設備、金型の導入支援
• 使用ツール：EXCESS-HYBRIDⅡ、SOLIDWORKS、AutoCAD等
• 月5回程度、猿投工場やその他県外への出張がございます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 自動車部品製造会社、その他製造業の生産技術に従事、またはプレス金型設計経験者
• 2Dもしくは3D CADいずれかの経験

歓迎条件：

• TOEIC（R）テスト600点以上
• QC検定2級以上
