Responsibilities

自社前工程国内拠点において、以下の業務に携わって頂きます。

• SiCエピタキシャル成長装置立ち上げ
• プロセス条件出し～量産化

■働き方：
年間休日は125日程度ありコアタイムのないフレックス制度など、ライフスタイルに合わせた働き方ができます。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• SiCエピタキシャル成長プロセス開発のご経験1年以上（SiCが望ましいが、材料違いでも可）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力及び日本語力

■歓迎条件：

• 4年制大学または大学院にて工学、化学、物理学等を修了していること
