Responsibilities
  • Leverages broad and deep functional, technical and management skill sets to help drive the success of across a variety of key stakeholders
  • Partners with stakeholders in various business units and functions to ensure execution of the Digital initiatives as it relates to omnichannel, digital and related toolsets
  • Partners with Global IT teams (Architecture, Center of Excellence, Operations and support teams) at all steps of project lifecycle to ensure consistency in tools and standards, smooth set up of solutions and appropriate transition to support and operations.
  • Manages 3rd party vendors and partners for the development and delivery. Define, prioritize and manage the tasks and resolve dependencies or questions raised by the team.
  • Proposes solutions, provide strategic direction, and prioritize on-going demands focused on owned media, 3rd party media, webinar, customized e-mail, LINE, sales force automation, patient support program.
  • Manages projects from start to finish and ensure successful implementation within agreed cost, schedule and quality targets.
  • Develops architecture specification deliverables that map customer business requirements into complete information systems (technologies, processes and people) or operational solutions.
  • Produces diagrams, reference architecture, domain models, and other artifacts that describe complex problems and sprawling end-to-end solutions.
  • Develops enterprise architecture standards and facilitate the adherence and governance of related project activity through controls in PMO, Project/Solution Development Lifecycle, Change Management, and Procurement processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Omnichannel, Digital and Project management
  • 3+ years in latest Omnichannel and Digital or related disciplines
  • Passionate about Omnichannel / Digital and innovation, and how it can help to make decision and improve lives of Patients
  • Experience in latest Omnichannel / Digital tools and technologies: Drupal, Veeva, SFMC, SFHC, ON24, LINE, M3, Medpeer, Carenet, GA4, Qlik, PowerBI etc.
  • Keep up to date on market trends and developments in Omnichannel / Digital and related new technologies to provide recommendations and deliver standard methodology solutions
  • Understand business strategies, identify, and clarify business issues to determine objectives, structure and conduct analyses.
  • Ability to navigate through rapid changes, flexibility and imagination to adapt
  • Ability to think “big picture” and identify changes which will result in the largest impact for patients
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization and externally in global organization; ability to partner and collaborate across both IT and Business teams.
  • Language: Native level in Japanese and fluent in English
