Responsibilities

• 海外の開発会社との海外共同プロジェクトの日本側のファンクショナルコンサルタント
• 海外の開発会社の製品の日本向けローカライゼーションプロジェクトで、日本企業における課題を捉えた日本要件を海外の開発会社に伝え、日本マーケットで競争力のあるオファリングをリリース
• 上記オファリングの日本への展開をファンクショナルコンサルタント（要件定義、製品／カストマイズ定義）として担当し、同社シェア拡大

Requirements

必須条件：

• 販売管理システム（POSシステムだと、なお良し）の業種ノウハウ
• 開発リーダー/サブリーダーとしてオファリング開発／導入プロジェクトの上流工程から下流工程までの経験
• コミュニケーションスキルとリーダーシップ（お客様（今回の場合は、海外の開発会社）や社内外関係者とプロアクティブに連携し、課題解決に向けて行動する）  

歓迎条件：

• 海外の開発プロジェクト経験
• オファリング提供（企画～リリース）のリーダ経験
• Java開発経験
