Responsibilities

■業務内容：

機械製品の性能・信頼性の向上のためには、製品を構成する機械要素（軸受、シール、動力伝達機構など）の適切な製品適用、および機械駆動時の摩擦・摩耗・潤滑・密封などのトライボロジー技術の高度化が不可欠です。
同社製品は発電プラント等超大型の設備やガスタービン・航空宇宙機器など、過酷環境で使用されるものが多く、特殊な環境条件に対応できる機械要素の研究開発を担当いただく重要なポジションです。

 

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 機械工学に関する基礎知識
• トライボロジー関連の研究開発業務を主体的に推進する能力
• トライボロジー分野での研究開発経験

■歓迎要件：

• シール、軸受、摺動部品・コーティングなどに関する研究開発経験
