Responsibilities

SiCプロセス開発業務・マネジメント：

• SiCプロセス開発エンジニアとして、下記業務に携わっていただきます。
  • SiCデバイス装置立ち上げ
  • プロセス条件出し
  • 量産化 など 

Requirements

必須条件：

• SICプロセス業務経験者
• 半導体知識、真空装置知識（システムの理解ができる方） 

歓迎条件：

• 光学制御の経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語、中国語コミュニケーション（読む、書く、話す、聞く）
