We are a manufacturer specializing in processing optical prisms, mirrors and filters. We specialize in surface grinding, polishing, and thin film coating of optical prisms, mirrors, and filters, and our advanced processing technology and high quality have been highly evaluated by domestic and overseas customers. The company's strength lies in its world-class ultra-precision machining technology and its ability to build an integrated mass production system with short delivery times, and to guarantee quality throughout the entire optical component machining process using high-grade measurement and metrology technology.

Responsibilities

■業務内容：

• 既存顧客への深耕営業
• 新規顧客、新規分野の開拓
• 海外展示会への出展
• 海外顧客来訪時のアテンド

※国内案件にかかわっていただくこともあります。
※受注生産のため、提案力がもとめられるポジションです。

■海外出張について：

• 2～4か月に1回程度の頻度で、1～2週間程度の出張に行っていただきます。
• 出張先は、欧米がメインとなります。

■配属組織：

• 営業部12名が在籍しており、うち海外担当3名です。

■就業環境：

• 当社は、フレックスタイム制を活用し残業が発生しない働き方を推奨しています。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製造メーカー、商社における海外営業経験
• 商談、技術打合せが可能なレベルの英語（上級レベル）
• 第1種自動車運転免許
