Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager will support and execute transversal initiatives that maximize the software development delivery efficiency and quality of service of their guilds and teams as they collaborate with other departments to deliver software solutions.
Main responsibilities:

• As an IT Project Manager, you will be working with various stakeholders across both Open Engineering and the entire IT division to identify, formulate and define new solution initiative proposals.
• In parallel, you will also be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and finally closure of selected projects.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Project management skill set
• General IT knowledge (Software Development, Infrastructure [Network, Server, Middleware, Workplace, Cloud], Service Operation, Application)
• Business knowledge (Project Management, IT Process Governance, Finance, etc.)
• Business analyst mindset (opportunity identification and proposals such as simplification, process improvement, transformation etc.)
• Lead stakeholder governance meetings (Communication Plan)
• English level: Business
• Japanese level: Business
