Responsibilities

• ITシステムのプロジェクトマネージャーとしてアフターセールス部門のメンバーと協業し、現状の業務プロセス分析や改善提案、新たなビジネスニーズに対応するためのシステム仕様の検討、システム開発のプロジェクトリードを行います。 

Requirements

• 製造業もしくはPLM関連のシステム開発経験
• ITシステム開発のPM経験がある（領域問わず）  
• 幅広いステークホルダーと適切なコミュニケーションができる方
• 様々な考え方を柔軟に受け入れられる方
• オープンマインドでモチベーションの高い方
• 自ら考え、行動できる方

歓迎条件:

• 上記の必須条件のいずれかに対して2年以上の実務経験
• パッケージ製品（SAP等）の導入経験
• グローバルプロジェクトのPM経験
• 自動車業界経験
