Responsibilities

• 日系大手素材メーカーの法務担当
• グループの国内/海外事業に関するリーガルサポート全般
• 各種プロジェクトの支援業務（M&A含む）
• 法令／コンプライアンス遵守プログラムの構築／運用に関する業務（独占禁止法、反贈収賄、個人情報保護ほか）
• 株式・株主総会関連業務など

Requirements

応募要件

• 企業法務経験（目安5年以上）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安 TOEICスコア750点以上）

歓迎要件

• 英文契約実務を含む、海外法務に関する実務経験3年以上
• 弁護士資格＜国内外資格ともに可＞
• 法科大学院修了
