• 契約書ドラフト、レビュー（和文・英文）
• アライアンスやM&A関連法務
• コンプライアンス・ガバナンス関連業務
• 事業部からの法務相談対応

 

Requirements

• 企業法務を含め、5年以上の実務経験
• 企業法務への志向が強く、同社での勤務を長期継続する意志のある方
• 弁護士資格（日本）を有する方は優遇
• 英語による実務経験がある方が望ましい
