We operate a travel business catering to foreign visitors to Japan. Established in 2013, we initially focused on serving Japanese travelers from Australia. Responsibilities

• ツアーガイド業務
• ツアー運行状況の管理
• ツアーの予約や問い合わせ対応
• ツアーガイドの採用やスケジュール管理

具体的には:

• 出発時間ギリギリまで当日参加の予約を受け付けていますので、漏れのないようにガイドと連携しながらツアー運行のサポートをします。
• ツアーガイド業務も週1～2回程度あり、外に出ることで気分転換にもなります。現場に出ることで、お客さまのご要望などに気づけ、また現場感をなくさずに業務を行うことができます。
• さらに新しいツアーの企画やマニュアル制作、年に数回の国内・海外出張などもお任せします。

＜ポイント＞

• お客様・ツアーガイドや取引先とのやり取り（Email ／電話対応など8～9割の業務）は英語で行います。

Requirements

●必要業務経験■必須条件：・英語スキルをお持ちの方 （TOEIC:900点、TOEFL:95点~、IELTS:6.5~レベル以上を想定）※点数にかかわらず、外国人・海外企業とのやり取りが円滑にできる方・英語を使った実務経験をお持ちの方
■歓迎条件：・観光業界・サービス業界での就業経験をお持ちの方
