We offer insurance services for mobile devices and have established a significant presence in the Japanese market. To ensure users are not inconvenienced in case of trouble, carriers provide compensation services such as delivering an equivalent device to the user's specified location within two days. We work closely with our group companies to provide insurance services to major telecommunications carriers in Japan, supporting the peace of mind in digital life for numerous consumers.

Responsibilities

• コンシューマ向けサービス/モバイルアプリのUX/UI デザイン
• 社内外でのUXデザイン浸透のための活動
• 社内システムのUX/UI デザインの理解
• デザインアセットのマネジメント

Requirements

必要となる経験とスキル

• ステークホルダーとUXデザインを進めていくためのコミュニケーションスキル
• ペルソナ設計、ユーザー調査をベースとしたシナリオ設計とユーザニーズの抽出
• 業務システムまたはWebサービスまたは携帯アプリ関連領域でUXデザイン経験（５年以上）
• User Centered Designの知見やプロセスに基づく設計経験（サイト構造、画面設計、インタラクション、ナビゲーション）
• Figma、Adobe CC 等を用いて開発用データを作成するスキル
• 日本語スキル（流暢なレベルの会話・読み書き）
