Responsibilities

• 顧客満足の確保：日々の活動を監督、顧客要求を予測・良好な関係維持、工場内の新規量産立上を管理する
• 物流チームを率い、業績目標を設定する
• チームメンバーの人材育成および適切な配置を行なう
• 物流プロセスの管理：日々の活動を監督、販売・運用計画（PIC）の作成および工場管理委員会への提案、生産部門（UAP）マネージャーと共にマスタースケジュール（PDP）を確保、サプライヤおよびロジスティクスパートナーのパフォーマンスおよび彼らとの関係を改善する
• 物流実績の管理、必要な改善措置を他の工場機能（品質、生産システム効率など）との連携により実行する
• 部門のネットワーク開発に参画する

Requirements

• 自動車関連業界工場での生産実務経験
• 英語（ビジネスレベル）および日本語（ネイティブレベル）で意思の疎通がで可能
