Responsibilities

下記、海外営業をお任せします。

• 米州、欧州における、レイアウトナビゲータ、3Dスキャナー、関連ソフトウェアおよび関連アクセサリーなどのバーティカル製品の拡販を行う。
• 販社と協力して、バーティカル製品の販路開拓を行う。
• 日系ハウスメーカー等と協業して、米州、欧州の建築作業工程における顧客の課題やニーズの聞き取り、最適な商品、システムの提案を行う。
• 米州、欧州のユーザーから商品、システムへの要望の聞き取りを行い、商品企画など関係部門へのインプットを行う。
• 各地の顧客とのProof of Concept活動を推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• 10年程度の国内外の建設会社、設計事務所、メーカー、商社など建築関連での業務経験　
• 建築工事における作業工程と基本的な用語の知識
• Officeソフト（word, excel, powerpoint　など）を用いた、提案書、見積書など資料作成スキル
• TOEIC（R）730 点以上（英語での商談、プレゼンテーション能力）

歓迎条件：

• 建築や測量に関わる資格　※建築士、施工管理士、測量士など
• 海外勤務または海外プロジェクトへの参画経験
