Responsibilities

• 技術コンセプトの原理確認・機能確認 - 新しい技術コンセプトの獲得のための最新技術の調査、製品化に向けたコア技術の仕様立案
• 試作品の設計・開発 - コア技術の原理確認、機能確認を行う為の試作開発を行い、実現性と商品性の確認を行い、得られた成果を知的財産化する
• 技術活動に付随する調達業務 - 社内関連部門、社外外注先と交渉し、必要な部材、デバイスを調達・管理
• 技術活動に付随する報告業務 - 社内外関係者との交渉。業務報告。説明・技術伝承。上長・他のメンバーへの提言

Requirements

• 光センシング、モータ制御、光源制御などのアナログ/デジタル混合設計における経験または知識
• 電気技術者としての技術開発(設計まはた原理・理論検討)の経験（3年以上）
• TOEIC550点以上相当以上の英語力
• 経験のない領域に挑戦、将来的なリーダのポジションへの成長意欲などのコンピテンシー
