We have deep expertise in areas such as corporate finance, wealth management, and international taxation, and serve a diverse client base. In the past, our main clients have been major financial institutions and investment funds in Japan, the U.S., and Europe. In recent years, however, our client base has become increasingly diverse, including multinational corporations, small and midsize companies, and wealthy individuals.

Responsibilities

• 過年度の税務申告書のレビュー
• 過去の税務調査・税務訴訟等の内容把握
• 過去に実施した組織再編、資本取引等の税務処理の分析
• 関連当事者間取引に係る内容把握、ならびに、妥当性に関する分析

Requirements

必須条件：

• 税理士もしくは公認会計士の方で税務デューデリジェンスの経験をお持ちの方
• 法人系の税務経験が豊富な方
