In the past, our main clients have been major financial institutions and investment funds in Japan, the U.S., and Europe. In recent years, however, our client base has become increasingly diverse, including multinational corporations, small and midsize companies, and wealthy individuals.

Responsibilities

• M&Aに係る財務デューデリジェンス(DD)
• 株式価値評価、企業価値評価
• ストラクチャー、組織再編（合併、分割、株式移転等）等に係る会計税務アドバイス

Requirements

必須条件：

• 公認会計士又は税理士
• プロフェッショナルとして質の高いサービスを提供し続ける探究心のある方

歓迎条件：

• 監査法人等において会計監査経験のある方歓迎（現時点において税務の知識の保有は問いません。）
