Responsibilities

■業務概要：

社内のDX推進を強化し、社内コンサルティング機能の強化に向けて以下業務をお任せします。

■業務詳細：

• 社内（本社各部門だけでなく、販売会社等の関係会社含む）の業務の抜本的な効率化を目指し、現状業務の分析、BPR（ビジネス・プロセス・リエンジニアリング）による業務改革、Microsoft CopilotなどのAI活用の推進、その他のIT・データ活用推進（RPA活用、データ・ウェアハウス・BIツール活用等）に関する社内DXコンサルティング活動を進める。
• また、関連するマーケティング・CRMの仕組み導入、サブスクリプション収益管理、顧客データ・契約データ管理、ダイレクト・マーケティングの強化、カスタマー・コンタクト・センターの強化などのテーマでのプロジェクトに、リーダーもしくは、プロジェクトメンバーとして参加して、プロジェクト推進を図る。

 

Requirements

■必須条件：

• ITソリューションに関する企画・設計・構築・運用・保守・コンサルティングなどの5年以上の実務経験
• IT系のコンサルティング会社やITベンダー等でのITコンサルティング、業務/組織改革コンサルティングなどでのプロジェクト経験者（コンサルティング業務経験３年程度以上を想定）
• IT系のコンサルティング会社やITベンダー等での販売・マーケティング関連、サブスクリプション管理などでのIT関連プロジェクト経験者
