Company overview

We are a company that designs, manufactures and markets apparel products in Japan. We also develop our own brand licensing business. We have introduced well-known American apparel brands to Japan and are developing a high-quality underwear, casual wear, and legwear business. We are also expanding our plus-size women's brands and intimate apparel business. In the Japanese market, we manufacture and distribute various brands through licensing agreements to strengthen our presence in the industry. We are also expanding and redirecting our business by coordinating partnerships and licensing business.

Responsibilities

海外本社と連携した財務会計業務(買掛金/GL担当）もお任せします。買掛金担当経理アシスタントマネジャーとして下記業務をおまかせします。※海外支社とのウィークリーOnline会議あり。
業務内容：

• USGAAP 及びSOX に則った正確且つ適格な月次/四半期/年次の締めとそのレポーティング
• A/P業務委託スタッフのマネジメント
• 海外本社及び他の関連会社との英語による連携（電話会議あり）
• 海外本社のTax Team 及び税理士事務所との連携による税務全般（中間申告及び確定申告、関税含む）

Requirements

必須要件：

• 簿記2級以上、BATICはAccounting Managerレベル以上
• ビジネス英語必須（メールのコレポンは最低限、英語での電話会議あり）※TOEIC(R)テスト(R)テスト850以上目安
• 経理業務経験5年以上

歓迎要件：

• USCPA合格者（科科合格含む）であれば尚良し
• 英文会計経験あれば尚良し
