Responsibilities

業務内容 "食鳥・食肉、それらの製品等の海外からの輸入・国内、三国間・海外への輸出ビジネスを展開。主に、①海外サプライヤーとの買付業務、②国内顧客への営業および販売業務、③物流業務（陸上/海上輸送、保険、輸入通関、入出荷、在庫、加工等）、④為替業務、⑤審査・法務業務、⑥情報・調査・マーケティング業務、⑦市場開拓業務、⑧商品企画・開発業務、⑨品質管理・品質改善業務　等。"
部署の特徴 輸入鶏肉事業で業界大手の一角であることから、その市場ポジション・影響力を駆使すれば、ダイナミックなトレーディングが実行できる部署。主力の南米・北米・東南アジアからの輸入国内販売に加えて、中国や中東向け三国間取引開拓にも取り組み、事業投資も含めて、積極的に事業拡大を図る組織。部員は、食鳥以外の牛肉・豚肉業界経験者、同業他社からの転職者など幅広いスキル・経験・知見を有する構成で、色彩豊かで自由闊達に意見交換ができるグループ。
Job Description"Developing import and domestic business, as well as triangular and export business to overseas markets, for poultry and meat products and their derivatives. Major responsibilities include:Procurement operations with overseas suppliersSales and marketing to domestic clientsLogistics operations (land/sea transport, insurance, import customs clearance, shipping and receiving, inventory, processing, etc.)Foreign exchange operationsCompliance and legal affairsInformation gathering, research, and marketingMarket developmentProduct planning and developmentQuality control and quality improvement"
Department CharacteristicsBeing one of the major players in the imported poultry industry, the department can leverage its market position and influence to execute dynamic trading operations. In addition to domestic sales from key import sources in South America, North America, and Southeast Asia, the department is also engaged in developing triangular trade with China and the Middle East, and actively seeks business expansion including business investments. The team is composed of members with diverse skills, experience, and knowledge from the beef and pork industries and those who have switched from other companies in the same industry, creating a vibrant and open environment for exchanging ideas.

Requirements

応募資格 2020年3月～23年5月の期間を除き、商社での法人営業経験5年以上尚良　食鳥・食肉業界の勤務経験学歴　4年生大学卒業以上"

QualificationsOver 5 years of corporate sales experience in a trading company, excluding the period from March 2020 to May 2023Preferred: Experience working in the poultry or meat industryEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher
