Responsibilities

• 輸出管理を行っているチーム等と連携しながら、他社製品ベンダーと水中ドローンの導入・調整対応
• 中央省庁に対してヒアリングを行い、ニーズを収集、集約、分析
• 聴取したニーズを踏まえ、水中ドローンに係わる事業の企画立案
• 組織の内外と協調し、上記に係わるソリューションの構成検討を推進開発・設計におけるプロジェクトの管理を行う
• 2、3名程度の部下を持ち、要員管理/育成を行う

Requirements

必須条件：

• 下記のいずれかのご経験やスキルをお持ちの方
  • 製造業での設計開発経験（目安：10年以上）
  • 5人以上のプロジェクト取りまとめ経験
• TOEIC(R)テスト650点程度の英語力（読み書きに支障のないレベル）
• 船の乗船経験（船の乗船に支障のないレベル）
• マネジメント経験（人数は問いませんが、部下を持ち、評価や労務管理等されていた方）  

歓迎条件：

• 官公庁向けの事業提案経験
• 水中ドローンの設計開発経験がある方（特に水中ドローンの航走制御）
