Responsibilities

業務概要： 海外ディストリビューターのアフターサービス業務のうち、市場品質問題へ迅速に対応することで、顧客の稼働最大化の実現に寄与します。  
業務内容： 海外ディストリビューターに対する、市場品質問題への対応業務を担当していただきます。 

• 市場品質情報の収集、収集した情報の問題定義と調査
• 改善要求、調査結果の回答 
• 市場措置の準備並びに海外市場への展開 
• 海外生産拠点の現地品質改善活動支援  

Requirements

必須条件： 

• 自動車メーカー、部品メーカー、販売会社及び関連する会社のサービスで5年以上の業務経験 
• 若しくは開発、生産、品質保証のいずれかの部門で品質改善に関連する業務を5年以上経験 
• 英語力 ※深いコミュニケーションによる真の問題点の理解、調査項目の合意・優先順位付けなどの交渉のため 
• 問題点や改善の効果を定量的・客観的に説明するための、エクセル等を使用した分析能力
