Responsibilities

当社では最新の光学機器の要求に対応するガラス材料を開発しており、デジタルカメラ、監視カメラ、車載カメラ、スマートフォンなどに使用されるレンズやガラス基板材料の開発を担当していただきます。具体的な担当職務は学生時代の専攻内容や適性を考慮して決定します。
業務内容：

• 材料開発（光学ガラス材料の組成開発）
• 生産技術（ガラスの溶融技術および成形技術開発）
• 技術者には担当テーマに関する裁量が与えられ、自らのアイデアを実現するために実験段階から製品化に至るプロジェクトにおいて主導的な役割を果たすことができます。
• 製造装置の開発・設計(光学ガラスレンズ用精密プレス機の開発（PLC設計））
• 同社のメイン製品の硝子の成型において重要となるのが、金型とプレス技術です。
• その精密プレス機の企画～詳細設計～試作～評価～設備の導入の一連の流れを担当頂きます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 無機化学、材料工学、物理化学、物質工学、電気・電子系、またはこれらに準ずる学科を専攻された方
