Responsibilities

• グローバルで発生した、自動車部品（車体内外装・シャシー・電子電装・パワートレイン）の不具合に対し、改善を推進する部署になります。
• 具体的には、国内外の市場情報をベースに社内外の関係者とコミュニケーションをとり、製品に対する不満・不具合の解決を推進する役割を担っていただきます。
  • グローバルにお客さまのご意見・ご不満、自動車の不具合などの情報を収集・分析
  • 国内販売会社・海外拠点とのコミュニケーションによる情報収集

Requirements

必須条件：

• 技術者として自動車関係またはその他製造業で開発・生産・品質関係業務の実務経験がある 
• 電話会議やメールでのコミュニケーションが図れる程度の英語力  

歓迎条件： 

• 自動車部品を構成する特定部品の専門知識を有する 
• 海外との英語でのコミュニケーションをベースとした職務経験 
• チーム／プロジェクトをまとめるリーダーとしての経験
