- Responsibilities

- Review the quality of service in the portfolio and esnure it is as per defined scope and as per contrcatual agreement with customer
- Work with all stakeholders( listed below) proactively to ensure there is no disruption of servcies , zero customer concerns and 100% complaince to process defined by customer & the company
- Client team ( may comprise of IT, business , procurement etc ) according to socpe of work- Internal team ( may comprise of project team in Japan, horizontal team in Japan, global team , leadership, PMO, Service management office, Delivery Excellence team )- Participate in customer calls , meeting , workshops
- Review content and participate in status reveiw meetings ( as needed) scheduled by customer - weekly, biweekly , monthly , quarterly etc.
- Do People Management for delivery team under your organisation e.g.
- Review work of PMs working under you. Guide them , coach them and mentor them to improve the quality of work and increase their learning for career growth- Conduct periodic sessions ( either 1-1 or team meeting) with on ground delivery team ( under PMs) for esnuring their mental well being , job satisfaction, career growth , appreciating their effort and contribution- Acquire knowledge ( on going ) of customer's business process , IT systems , quality process
- Requirements

- Hands on experince of managing IT service delivery for any LS customer for a global program ( covering Japan, India , US , Europe etc.)
- Has managed operations as part of global program and worked with people of different nationalities and geography
- Has driven customer status review meetings
- Thorough understanding of LS business functions and related technology / platforms
- Atleast 10+ exprience in IT Service delivery ( AMS or Application Development or both)
【Nice to have skills】- Hands on experrience in any of the Digital technology
- SME in any of the LS business function e.g. commercial , manufacturing, R&D , Clinical, Regulatory Affairs , PV etc.
