- Responsibilities

輸出管理室貿易法務チームのメンバーとして、下記業務を担当いただきます。
- 輸出に関する法令遵守体制の構築、維持
- 外為法と米国再輸出規制（EAR）の求める「安全保障貿易管理」に係る各種社内業務（該非判定、各種審査（取引審査・顧客審査）、教育、内部監査、規程類の管理、輸出相談対応等）
- 輸出管理規制当局（経済産業省等の関係官庁及び米国BIS）やCISTEC等関係団体との折衝

必須条件：
- 安全保障貿易管理の実務経験（5年以上）
歓迎条件：- STC Legal Expert／STC Expertの資格
- 官公庁や外部関連機関との対外折衝経験
- 半導体製造装置、部分品、組み込みソフトの判定知識
- 経済産業省の立ち入り検査の対応経験
