Responsibilities

■業務内容：

• 先進デジタル技術の調査・分析・検証を行い、導入可否を判断する
• 先進デジタル技術活用に関わる大規模案件や、全社変革の実現に向けた重要プロジェクトの構想策定、企画立案を行う
• 社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、先進デジタル技術を基軸とした全社変革プロジェクトを推進する

先進デジタル技術を基軸とした全社的な業務変革と、競争力強化を図る為、グローバルで積極的にDXを推進している。先ず、先進デジタル技術導入担当者として、全社変革の実現に取り組む。
その後、先進技術の知識・経験を活かし、オープンイノベーション戦略、及び、データ活用戦略の策定・実行など、より幅広く活躍する可能性がある。

 

Requirements

■必須条件：

• AI、量子コンピューター、ブロックチェーン、ロボティックス、メタバース等の先進デジタル技術動向に精通し、技術特性や制約、適用範囲等を自ら判断できる能力
• 全社課題を特定し、先進デジタル技術活用の観点から、その解決に向けた企画を立案できる能力
• 各国の文化・商習慣等の違いを踏まえ、海外パートナーと英語で円滑にコミュニケーションできる能力
• クライアント企業、または、自社の業務変革を目的とした、先進デジタル技術導入に関わる企画・実行の経験
