Responsibilities

• ITを活用した生産性向上、業務効率化戦略の策定、実行、評価、改善
• IT統制の整備、運用
• 経営と現場の間に立ち、双方の問題点をシステムの見地から早期に解決
• 情報システム部員育成
• TOPマネジメント（社長、役員）、他部門との交渉、調整

Requirements

• ５年以上：マネジメント経験（情報システム部門の部門長、もしくは課長（マネジャー））
• 経営と現場の間に立ち、双方の問題点をシステムの見地から早期に解決した経験
• 情報システム部員育成の経験
• TOPマネジメント（社長、役員）、他部門との交渉、調整を行った経験
• 日本語力：流暢
• 英語力：TOEIC 600点～
