Responsibilities

• 各樹脂製品の顧客プロジェクト推進業務
  • PDP(Product Development Process)関連業務
  • 工程 FMEA 等の作成及び量産製造方法立案 
• 量産設備/治工具手配～導入
  • 各種量産設備仕様検討、導入、調整
  • 治工具内製設計、製作、導入
  • 各種トライアル製造条件設定→製造部門への引き渡し 
• 工場合理化活動
  • 工場合理化推進のための各種管理、改善業務

Requirements

• 2D-3D/CAD システム操作経験
• 図面寸法/公差の理解力
• 機械いじり、生産設備の好きな方
• 電気ソフト/ハード設計、ロボット操作の経験
• 英語レベル TOEIC 500 点以上
