Responsibilities

• 新サービス（転職支援に関わるWebサービスが中心）の立ち上げや既存サービス（人材紹介事業・求人広告事業・その他転職支援サービス）における
• サービス追加・変更等にかかる法的支援（規制法調査、ビジネススキーム検討、規約作成等）
• 業務提携・共同研究開発にかかるスキーム検討・契約条件交渉・契約書作成等
• 非定型の契約審査・法律相談等（1日1件～2件程度）

Requirements

• 企業法務3年以上の経験（契約審査・不動産・商標などの特定の領域に閉じず、法務相談案件を担当した経験があって法務専門性を持っている方）

歓迎条件:

新規事業や既存事業の見直しにおける法的支援（ビジネススキームの検討や規約作成等）、業務提携・共同研究開発時のスキーム検討など、企画系案件の担当経験

個人情報保護法を取り扱った経験がある方歓迎

弁護士資格保持者歓迎

英語力ある方歓迎（海外グループ会社との調整などもお任せできる可能性があります）
