• M&AやPMIの実務担当をお任せします
• M&A候補先との交渉
• デューデリジェンス
• 買収後のガバナンス強化を含むPMI実務

Requirements

• 英語力（TOEIC700点以上）
• 海外M&AやPMIにあたっての海外企業との交渉など、現場での実務経験

歓迎条件:

• 海外勤務経験
• メーカー勤務経験
