Responsibilities

• 製品の整備性と部品に対する分解要求を明確にし、プロジェクトを通して提供する
• サービス関連資料や標準工数などをプロジェクトやQJを通して提供する
• 他社グループとして大型車両に必要な特殊工具の開発を行う
• 整備性と整備要領作成のため、CADや実車での評価を行う
• エンジニア作業のプロセスや手順書を作成し、常に最新の状態に保つ
• 製品を保証するために、エンジニア作業のレビューと承認を行う
• プロジェクトマネージャーと協調し、チームの予算を確保し配分する
• 製品提供のため強固なチームを作り上げ、部署間の協力をサポートする
• エンジニアスキル向上のためコンピテンス開発計画を策定し実行する
• 業務の優先順位を決め、必要であればプロジェクトや経営陣への上程を行う
• 改善活動を含む他社とのプロセス作成や連携に取り組む

Requirements

必須条件：

• 工学または関連する分野の学士
• 強いリーダーシップのマインドセットを持ち、チームの管理ができる
• 機械工学の経験と3D CADの知識
• 少なくとも3年以上のチームリーダーやプロジェクト管理の経験
• チームメンバーや部門間での優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語

• メカニックの経験や大型車両の免許を保持している方
