Responsibilities

• 同社のすべてのステークホルダーと共に、製品や顧客の問題を解決するためのリーダーシップを発揮する。
• 同社ディーラーへのハイレベルなテクニカルサポートおよび修理方法の指導を行う。
• 技術、品質問題解決のための顧客対応を行う。
• 技術情報、整備関連情報および修理事例などの作成と市場展開を行う。
• 難解不具合にいて、解決した結果を分析しすべての関係者へレポートする。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 自動車の整備経験
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office Word／Excel／PowerPoint）
• 自動車業界の市場／市況をよく理解している
• 高いコミュニケーション能力
• 難解不具合に対する問題解決の経験  

歓迎条件：

• 自動車の技術教育経験
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
