Responsibilities

候補者の方のご経験・スキル・ご要望に応じて、M&Aアドバイザリー業務・企業再生（事業再生）・デューデリジェンス（財務／税務／事業）・バリュエーションなどに従事頂きます。

• M&Aアドバイザリー業務
• 企業再生向けDD、再生計画の作成
• Valuationレポートの作成
• DDのコーディネーション（特にM&Aアドバイザリー業務を行っている場合）
• DD業務の実施

Requirements

必須条件：

• プロジェクション、Valuation、業界分析の担当者として独力で一定水準の成果物を取り纏める
• M&Aのエクスキューション部門やアナリスト部門で3～5年位経験
• 企業分析・ファイナンス・会計についての基礎知識、優れた論理構成力・コミュニケーション力
• アウトプット（バリュエーション、プロジェクション・財務シミュレーション、財務・事業デューデリジェンス、コンサルティング報告など）につき、大まかな指示のもとで自走しながら遂行し、幾つかのレビュー対応で一定の品質に仕上げられる
