- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Formulate sales strategies and implement them in the sales organization
- Develop commercial and pricing strategies for current and future customer portfolios to achieve sales and profit targets
- Research competitors to understand the competitive landscape by geography, market segment, and customer group, and to identify target market positions
- Identify the optimal revenue model, channel mix, and product portfolio from a commercial perspective and provide ideas and insights to management
- Work with marketing, product, and other relevant departments to flesh out the plan
- Develop sales and profit budgets for each sales organization unit (branch, channel, etc.) and monitor progress
- Provide the supply chain department with sales forecasts by SKU and hold them jointly accountable for the accuracy of the forecasts as the basis for appropriate production and inventory levels
- Manage the sales promotion budget (trade shows, campaigns, etc.)
- Allocate budgets within the sales organization to maximize return on investment
- Follow up with prospective customers acquired through trade shows and marketing activities
- Select and hand over high-potential deals to the sales force

Minimum requirements:
- Strong analytical and insightful skills
- Planning skills to develop highly effective plans based on analysis results
- High communication skills to ensure that sales and related departments correctly understand and act on the intent of the sales strategy
- Strong leadership skills to lead change
- English level: Business (intermediate or above)
- Experience in a similar industry with similar commercial distribution
