Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Site Operations Management
  • Establishing a good relationship with key stakeholders for smooth operation
  • Consolidate information & generate reports, communications & documents as required by client
  • Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations
  • Conduct and support all required audits
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times according to agreed upon Maintenance Plan
  • Support MAC for events, minor project
• People Management
  • Actively promote an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success
• Vendor Management
  • Assist in the management of FM contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required

Requirements

Knowledge And Skills Required

• Experience of Excel, Word and PowerPoint *Google Workplace is preferred
• Business level of English and Japanese
• At least 3 years or more experience on FM services or Team management
