• Help clients to optimize your real estate footprint and enhance employee engagement with customized and innovative solutions.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Communication skill to establish trust relationship with team, vendor, users, client, stakeholder, Landlord etc.
• Has a customer-oriented attitude, action; flexible, listen, proactive
• Positive mind to improve for better service
• Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service.
• Excellence in Japanese & English for both verbal and written, ability to attend meetings and ommunicate in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Excellence in people management
