Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 契約書審査や法務相談対応などの法務サポート
• 新規事業に対する法務サポート
• M&A、投資関連などへの法務サポート
• 知的財産関連業務（管理、戦略立案等）
• 紛争対応
• 法務業務の業務効率化推進（DXなど）
• コンプライアンス推進
• 会社法関連商事法務業務（株主総会、取締役会、監査役会、経営会議の事務局、株式事務）
• 規程管理業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 企業法務経験（契約法務）3年以上／法律事務所で企業法務案件担当経験3年以上
• 業務改善など効率化をリードした経験

 歓迎要件：

• 資格をお持ちの方（弁護士、司法書士、ビジネス法務検定2級以上、知財検定2級以上など）
• Ｍ＆Ａや事業再編、新規事業に関わる法務業務経験
• 上場会社法務
• 海外子会社管理に関する法務
• 英語力(主に読み・書き)
• ITやネット系やアプリなどの業界でのご経験
• 個人情報保護法や景表法、金融関連法の知見
• 法務業務のDX化に関わったご経験
