• M&Aに関する法務DD
• 新規事業に対する法務支援

Requirements

• 国内外案件に法務として携わった経験
• 日本語、英文契約書作成、審査、交渉経験
• コミュニケーション能力
• 海外就業経験などあれば尚可
• 弁護士資格尚可
