Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management
  • Creation of sustainable relationship with customers
  • Acquisition of new projects
• Planning & implementation
  • Sales planning (Budget and Mid-term plan) and controlling
  • Acquisition of new projects
  • Support to Project management
• Business Management
  • Follow up of business operations (Order/ Delivery/ Collection, etc.)
  • Price control
  • Commercial agreements & support on other contracts / agreements

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• University bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales is required.
• Experience to manage customer accounts as a window sale against JOEM and adjust internally to meet customer requirements/ expectation.
• Strong MS Office and MS Excel skills.
• Native Japanese and fluent English language skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Automotive industry Sales experience with OEM as TIER1 is preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.
