Its provides products that cater to vision correction needs and simultaneously serve as fashion items. It also offers specialized eye care services and consultations to address customers' needs for both visual health and style.
Responsibilities
The Eyewear Brand Business Manager supports the Senior Brand Manager in the development of the brand for Japan market. He/ She will support in the business management of a specific brand's eyewear category (including goggles and helmets), collaborating with local stakeholders (Sales team, Retail Team, PR, Training, Trade Marketing, Product team) as well as Headquarter.

Main responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyse the business performance (by channel / product / collection / price etc.)
    • Investigate market trends, customer and consumer needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Share information internally on brand performance, competitors’ activities and market trends to support the strategic decision-making process.
  • Marketing Planning and Execution
    • Support the Senior Business Brand Manager to develop and execute the full year marketing plan.
    • Localize marketing strategy to meet goals and budget for the assigned brands and products.
    • Collaborate with other internal Marketing functions (PR / Trade Marketing / Training) to translate brand strategy into concrete and consistent marketing activities, monitoring progress and results.
  • Product and Assortment management
    • Plan the launches of the new collections and define strategic collections/products, to be reflected in all marketing activities.
    • Present new collections during local or global events and meeting to the sales force and when needed to clients.
    • Prepare the best assortment referring to market trends, products’ performances, and brand priorities, such as advertising models, Japan exclusive styles, etc.
    • Analyse regular Best Sellers report for all channels, highlighting the most relevant information.
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Strong numerical and data approach.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and collaborative attitude.
  • Proactive, action driven and active problem solver.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • University / college graduate.
  • Approximately 2+ years working experiences brand management or marketing related.
  • Interested in fashion and sports.
  • Able to work in a fast paced/results-oriented environment.
  • Japanese (Native / Business level)
  • English (Native / Business level)
