■組織構成：課長1名ー主任1名ー社員2名ー派遣スタッフ4名

■入社後の働き方：入社直後はマニュアルに沿って基本業務を覚えていただきます。業務自体に慣れると、ゆくゆくはチームリーダーとしてメンバーを巻き込んでの業務全体の効率化をお願いします。将来的には業務改善や、システム導入などにも取り組んでいただくことを想定しています。自由な社風のため新しい提案なども大歓迎です！

■働き方：在宅：リモート8割※入社から1か月程度は出社予定
フレックス：利用可能
残業：平均20～30h程度（7.5h勤務）※原則、残業が生じないよう、メンバーの状況に応じて業務を振り分けていますが、短時間勤務のメンバーも複数人いるため、メンバー全員で密にコミュニケーションを取りながら助け合っています。
育児休職：子供が3歳になるまで取得可
時短勤務：小学校3年生まで取得可（勤務時間も4H／5H／6Hから選択可）

Responsibilities: ■概要※入社後すぐに、出向いただきます。宇宙・防衛関連機器における材料や装置、機械加工などの調達業務をお任せいたします。航空・宇宙・防衛分野ではそれぞれの製品で今後更なる増産が見込まれており、調達規模も年々増加しています。事業規模拡大とサプライチェーンの新規立ち上げおよびグローバル化に伴い、国内及び協定国からの海外調達を中心に新規サプライヤーの開拓が必要です。自身が調達に関わった製品が空を飛んだり、宇宙へ打ち上げられたり、日本の防衛に寄与したりと、成果が目に見えやすい環境で業務することができます。

■業務内容当部は航空チーム、宇宙・防衛チームに分かれており、サプライヤー毎に担当が分かれています。これまでのご経験に合わせて、配属するチームや担当品目を検討いたします。

戦略に基づくサプライチェーン維持管理および国内外の新規取引先開拓
調達コスト分析・評価・原価低減活動
取引先の分析・評価、サプライヤーマネジメント
調達発注業務（取引先への見積引き合い、交渉、発注関連図書作成等の発注業務）
チーム・メンバーマネジメント（管理職の場合）

航空エンジン部品や防衛・宇宙関連機器は参入障壁が高く、品質要件が厳しいことからも、供給が可能なサプライヤーは限定されています。そのため、バイイングパワーの強い国内外の大手競合企業に負けずに、如何に量産品を安定供給することができるかということが重要なミッションとなります。更に、日本の宇宙開発は政府の宇宙戦略基金の創設や予算拡充により、これまでにない追い風を受けています。新たなロケットシステム開発をはじめ、これまで以上に大型で難易度の高いプロジェクトへの挑戦や民間ビジネスとしての拡大が見込まれており、新たなサプライヤーの開拓からコスト意識を持ったサプライチェーンの立ち上げおよび調達戦略の立案～実務までを設計・開発部門を始めとしたステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、担当いただきます。調達額も増加傾向にあり、規模の大きいかつダイナミックな調達業務に携わっていただきます。
