- Responsibilities
- Structure、Thermal、GNC、Avionic、AITuなどのサブシステムチームと協力して、Landerの推進設計をM1以降の一貫したシステムに導きます。
技術的な観点から推進チームのサポート。推進チームにおいて分析とモデルを検証し、実践的なフィードバックと修正計画を提供し、必要に応じて代替アプローチを技術的タスクに介入します。関連する技術レポートを作成し、ステークホルダーからの承認を得る。
プロジェクトの実現可能性を見ながら、トレードオフ研究、材料、コンポーネント、製造プロセスの選択などの実用的なアプリケーションを提案し、宇宙船システム開発の推進設計の取り組みをサポートする。
サブシステムレベルを超えた技術的な競合を見つけ、サブシステムおよびシステムレベルの議論を通じて解決策を導きだす。
サブシステム要件仕様やサブシステム設計仕様などの宇宙船推進システム関連文書の作成および/または保守をサポート。
FMECA、ランチャー要件、および推進システムに関連する安全性のサポート。
アクションアイテムを閉じて、設計レビューの完了をサポート。
推進システムに関連する製造、調達、ハードウェアアセンブリ、統合、テスト、および打ち上げ操作の主導。出張が必要となる場合あり。
推進サブシステムに関連するコンポーネントレベルとEPMテストの評価。必要に応じたサプライヤーとの調整。
運用計画を作成し、アビオニクス、サーマル、GNC、ミッションの他のサブシステムチームへのインプットを行う。
チームリーダーとグループマネージャーへの報告。
チーム内で効果的なコミュニケーションを行う強力なチームの構築を主導する。
チーム間のプロアクティブな調整を維持して、プロジェクトの目標のバランスを取り、達成する。
