【具体的には】海外拠点の営業・決算計数管理、予算作成、業績評価(ルール作成含む)業務が中心。（計数分析、予算や評価ルールの作成を通じて部門目標の達成を目指します）
海外拠点の管理でもあり、異なるデータソースからの適切なデータの取り込み、逆にシステム側の改善点の企画、新しいビジネスが出てくる中での柔軟な計数管理の変更などの視点が求められます。
計数管理に関連して、ファイナンス/会計/税務の基礎的な知識もある程度必要となってきます。
業務の中で若手人材育成の機会の可能性もあります。

- Responsibilities
- 必要に応じて周囲に確認しながら、LoB財務とも連携して（鉄道）としての個別決算書を作成する。またその過程において内外の関係者からの問い合わせに対応する。
事前に設定されたツール、方法、フォーマットを使用して、データを照合し分析する。自律的にデータ収集と分析に取り組む。
グローバル拠点とも協力して（鉄道）連結財務諸表の作成をする。
国内、海外の税務関連作業を実施する。特に海外税務に関してはグローバル拠点とも連携して移転価格方針の策定や実際の案件への適用に関して関係者と一緒に対応する。
財務方針、ガイドライン、手順の策定と実施に貢献し、会社が規則や適切な財務執行を遵守するようにする。
チーム内で、組織の方針および手順や、関連する規制規範および行動規範が遵守されていない事例を特定する。そのような事例を適宜周知し、問題を上長に報告する。
予算を追跡し、上長に差異を報告する。
他者がデータ管理システムを最大限に活用できるよう、支援や助言をする。
