製品の使用を最大化するために、高い製品知識、臨床知識を保持し、正確な製品知識と添付文書の理解をしたうえで、HCPのニーズ、レベルに応じた質の高いコミュニケーションの実施
症例成功のためのHCPへのコンサルテーション
症例獲得のための継続的な情報収集、必要な関係者へのタイムリーな情報共有
製品の適正使用を最大化するための定期的な病院訪問とHCPとの関係構築
