- ■職務内容：入社後にまずは国内で海外の代理店営業を行います。メールや電話をしながら、代理店が獲得してくるニーズに対し提案資料を展開し営業サポートをおこなったり、拡販のための企画提案をおこないます。また月二回程度、最大一週間の出張もあり海外現地の代理店に同行し顧客訪問を行いマーケットでのシェア拡大を目指します。エンドユーザーである顧客は生産現場のエンジニアや購買担当者です。生産の課題解決の提案等も必要になりますが、技術的な対応が必要な場合は自社のエンジニアと協働をして対応するのでご安心ください。国内での海外営業を一定期間程度ご経験いただいた後には現地駐在員として赴任し直接マーケット開拓に従事していただきたいと思っております。20代半ばでも海外駐在をしている社員が複数おり、グローバルに活躍していきたいという方には非常にチャンスの多い環境です。
■新規・既存営業の割合と営業スタイル海外営業部： 特に海外販社がある地域担当の場合は販社の支援を日本側から行います。出張ベースで現地ユーザー調査を実施する事はあります。
海外駐在： 将来的に海外駐在をする場合、営業スタイルとしては新規と既存両方になる想定ですが、駐在する場所により業務内容が異なります。
■本ポジションの魅力：残業は平均10時間以内と短く長期的に安定して就業できる環境が整っています。社員も皆さん穏やかで落ち着いている方ばかりで、安心して業務に打ち込むことができます。
■将来的な海外駐在について：将来的に海外駐在が発生する可能性がございます。当社の海外拠点はドイツです。 但し、グループ会社（米国、メキシコ、タイ、インド）で駐在の可能性もあります。
■海外出張について：2カ月に１回程度発生します。
