業務内容：
DTC本部チーム内でのデジタル活用を促進
デジタルヘッドと密接に連携し、直接ビジネスを可能にするデジタルプロジェクトやイニシアチブを推進
UX/UIチームと協力し、競合分析や顧客の声を通してカスタマージャーニーを構築し、オンラインプラットフォームやアプリの両方で、現在のビジネスプロセスを最適化または強化するためのデジタル機能強化を提案
オンラインプラットフォームやアプリなどのデジタル製品やスペースにおいて、より良いUXデザインを推進し、新しいテクノロジーを活用した体験を提供し、人々が次のアクションを起こすような体験を提供
セールスフォースの導入、データ分析、活用
グローバル・デジタル・イニシアチブの立ち上げと更新に関するグローバルおよびAPACとの調整と交渉、プロジェクトとツールの実装とローカライゼーションの管理
